Hi, I’m Grace
I haven’t always enjoyed exercise - Growing up I had very little self-confidence because of the negativity I received towards my small body and how I looked. I didn’t want to exercise because I thought it would make me become even smaller. However, I did love to dance and I joined the cheerleading team at University. Then, it was a combination of wanting to shape my body and gain strength that got me into regular training at the gym.
As my body grew stronger, so did my self-confidence. I began coaching the cheerleading teams and discovered my love for coaching and instructing. I love helping others to gain confidence in their bodies just like I did - confidence moving after an injury, or to strut their stuff in an intimidating gym without any hesitation.
