Mobile personal training/yoga 1:1’s in the BA1, BA2 and BS31 areas

I am here to help you find an enjoyable and motivating way to keep your body strong, healthy, and to age with grace. I have been coaching for over 7 years and every individual that I work with is provided personalised sessions and guidance that compliments their body and goals, whilst discovering that exercise doesn’t have to be a chore.
